Cooperation and fees
How we settle depends on the kind of cooperation. I state the rate and the models plainly.
Models

| Hourly rate | For ongoing work. The standard rate is PLN 250 net per hour. |
| Fixed fee | Many engagements are quoted as a fixed fee for a defined product: an analysis and a recommendation, a legal opinion, a draft contract, or the negotiation of a contract. |
| Ongoing cooperation | For companies that need day to day legal work. The scope and the way of settling are agreed in the offer. |
Quotes
Most engagements are quoted individually and a quote usually goes out within one business day.
What drives the price is the work needed to gather the material, analyse it, review the case law on the legal question and prepare the final documents, including the language they are written in.
Amounts are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
How a case starts
What I deliver depends on the engagement: an analysis and a recommendation, a legal opinion, a draft contract or another document, or the negotiation itself.
- Get in touch by phone, e-mail or the form.
- Depending on what the matter involves, I send an offer by e-mail or we meet online first. A quote usually goes out within one business day.
- Once you accept it, I collect the materials. I often prepare a legal interview form so the necessary facts are gathered in a readable way.
